Shipping Protection Policy
At Killer Acid, we understand that shipping issues can happen. That’s why we offer Killer Acid Shipping Protection, a simple and affordable way to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage.
How It Works
For a small fee, you can add Shipping Protection to your order at checkout:

Orders up to $100 – Protection starts at just $0.99

Orders over $100 – Protection costs 1% of the order value
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
What’s Covered?
✔ Lost Packages – If your package does not arrive within 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) after shipping, we’ll replace it.
✔ Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, simply provide photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement.
✔ Stolen Packages – If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, contact us within 5 days, and we’ll work on a replacement.
How to File a Claim

Claims for stolen packages require proof of a delivery attempt and may need a police report for verification.

Shipping Protection must be purchased at checkout to qualify.
