Shipping Protection Policy

At Killer Acid, we understand that shipping issues can happen. That’s why we offer Killer Acid Shipping Protection, a simple and affordable way to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage.

How It Works

For a small fee, you can add Shipping Protection to your order at checkout:

  • Orders up to $100 – Protection starts at just $0.99

  • Orders over $100 – Protection costs 1% of the order value

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

What’s Covered?

Lost Packages – If your package does not arrive within 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) after shipping, we’ll replace it.
Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, simply provide photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement.
Stolen Packages – If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, contact us within 5 days, and we’ll work on a replacement.

How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team at hello@killeracid.com within the timeframes listed above. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (for damaged items)

You can file a claim by visiting our online claim form (https://killeracid.com.com/pages/file-a-claim). To begin, you will need the order number and email address used to place your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@killeracid.com.

Exclusions & Notes

  • Claims for stolen packages require proof of a delivery attempt and may need a police report for verification.

  • Shipping Protection must be purchased at checkout to qualify.

  • We do not offer refunds—only replacements will be provided.
