Exchange & Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for customers in the United States. All sales are final for international customers.
We do not accept returns on posters or stickers.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds to original payment method will be charged a $7 restocking fee
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- You'll receive your store credit, exchange or refund once we receive and inspect your return
- If you've elected to have a refund to the original payment method, the cost of shipping will not be refunded
- If your order is lost or damaged, we'll send a new order at no cost to you

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Head over to killeracid.com/returns
- We'll send your shipping label once we approve your return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
