All sales are final. We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Killer Acid collects any and all state sales taxes, and pays them accordingly.
Shipping from United States
We ship every Monday and Thursday. Items ordered up until Two PM PST on Monday tend to go out Monday. Items after that tend to wait until Thursday. We ship most items directly through USPS first class or priority mail. We love the USPS and are friends with all of our local mail carriers in Santa Cruz. If the customer requires faster delivery for some reason, they may ask to have an alternate shipping. UPS is around the corner. We don't mind going there, but it's usually a bit more expensive and an additional payment via paypal might be required.

Returns and exchange details
If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product because it does not fit, they may be asked to pay for any additional shipping. If the mistake is ours, we will of course cover the return / exchange. Just send a message! We want your shirt to fit and for you to wear it!
If an item arrives damaged: upon receiving photographic evidence of damage we will offer a refund or replacement if available.

We do our best to make sure everyone is completely happy. We love our customers and have felt nothing but positivity since back when this store first opened in 2010. At last count we have over 3500 reviews for 45,000 sales. All are 5 stars except a literal handful. Those people were just having a bad day. We tried to help (swear it!). Absolutely beautiful art, amazing service and caring owner. The vendor went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate the dedication and message. This is how other shops should aspire to be. The shirts are high quality and the print is bold and eye catching. I specifically love how there is art on both the front and back of the shirts / sweaters I purchased. I have washed them a handful of times so far and have had no shrinkage or fading of the prints, like I said, high quality. I am leaving this review because I was left with such an impression and grew a huge appreciation for the products and service, which should be shared and hopefully will attract much deserved attention.
