All sales are final. We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Killer Acid collects any and all state sales taxes, and pays them accordingly.
Shipping from United States
We ship every Monday and Thursday. Items ordered up until Two PM PST on Monday tend to go out Monday. Items after that tend to wait until Thursday. We ship most items directly through USPS first class or priority mail. We love the USPS and are friends with all of our local mail carriers in Santa Cruz. If the customer requires faster delivery for some reason, they may ask to have an alternate shipping. UPS is around the corner. We don't mind going there, but it's usually a bit more expensive and an additional payment via paypal might be required.

Returns and exchange details
If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product because it does not fit, they may be asked to pay for any additional shipping. If the mistake is ours, we will of course cover the return / exchange. Just send a message! We want your shirt to fit and for you to wear it!
If an item arrives damaged: upon receiving photographic evidence of damage we will offer a refund or replacement if available.

We do our best to make sure everyone is completely happy. We love our customers and have felt nothing but positivity since back when this store first opened in 2010. At last count we have over 3500 reviews for 45,000 sales. All are 5 stars except a literal handful. Those people were just having a bad day. We tried to help (swear it!). Please don't hesitate to ask for help if your order is severely delayed or if we messed something up. A positive attitude will yield a positive result. Bear in mind we are a small business. got this for my gf and here are her points: • very good physical quality • illustration is inspiring for pizza heads • size is very nice • sauce that’s oozing out of the pizza crust is scrummy • for a pizza head: it’s rly important that pizza depictions have movement like that the cheese and sauce feel like they flow n are plentiful, produces “mmmmhh” react/feeling/moment

Somehow I managed to lose the sticker between my house and car. It was gorgeous and quite tough looking and I had a perfect place for it too!
